# What Does the Holy Spirit Feel Like?

I’ve had the warmth-and-electricity thing, maybe three or 4 times in 20 years, usually during corporate worship. Our nervous systems can produce goosebumps for a good movie trailer too.

The better test is the fruit afterward, whether it leaves you more patient, more honest, more drawn to prayer and less self-focused. If so, you’re meeting the Spirit, wave or no wave.
